Transitions Coaching

Whether it’s a career transition, midlife reevaluation, or one of the many transitions humans undergo over the course of our lives, transition means you’ve left the known behind and have entered a liminal space to find and forge a new path for yourself. It often means you’ve left your comfort zone which can bring up all sorts of emotions and challenges. How do you find your way? What’s really important for you on this journey? Where do you feel stuck or unsure?

The good thing is you don’t have to go through these changes alone. Coaching provides a safe space for all the successes, questions, and messy human emotions that come up during a big transition.

This coaching program provides support and helps you work through your life transition, building self awareness and developing the tools to help you move forward intentionally.

We’ll talk about your goals: where you are going, when you want to get there, what work we have to do together to help get you there, and what tools and practices will support you in this process.

As a coach, I will walk beside you, being present and holding space for your transition, giving you the room and safety to explore this new terrain and find your path forward. It’s ok if you don’t have all of these answers. Allowing a space for not knowing invites your creative self to be honest and intentional with what you want. This is the magic of coaching.

“Working with Mia is like having a cup of tea with your best friend--she is available and present, with zero judgment and lots of loving support.  I always find her so easy to talk to, even about deeply personal aspects of my life that are challenging to share. Chances are she has been there and done that.  She has been especially helpful when I have moments of self-doubt--she always helps me talk through my choices and gently encourages me to trust myself.  It feels like Mia really loves helping others and to me, she is a true messenger of healing and compassion.”
