Together, let us explore the deeper levels of joy that can seem elusive and cause discomfort. Through self-awareness and self-compassion, we will develop an attitude of gratitude and create practices that support your journey of self-discovery. Our goal is not to maximize income or strive for more, but to connect with your values and rediscover the wonderful and authentic sense of self that may have been dormant or hiding.

It is common to make life decisions based on societal expectations, such as career choices or marriage, without realizing that they are not in line with our true desires. As we reevaluate our choices and expectations, we may experience discomfort and take steps to make a change. It can seem scary, but this journey can lead to a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment.

This life reevaluation can occur after significant milestones such as graduation, a promotion, or becoming an empty-nester. By developing a healthy relationship with yourself, updating your self-image, and reflecting upon your desires, you can rediscover your spark and create a life that aligns with your values and purpose.

Did you know that studies show practicing gratitude can increase well-being and life satisfaction? Here are a few examples:

  • A study published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology found that writing letters of gratitude led to increased well-being and happiness for up to one month after the intervention.

  • Another study published in the Journal of Happiness Studies found that participants who practiced gratitude by keeping a gratitude journal experienced a significant increase in happiness and life satisfaction compared to those who did not keep a journal.

  • A study published in the Journal of Positive Psychology found that participants who wrote down three good things that happened to them each day experienced an increase in positive emotions and a decrease in negative emotions.

Working with the Living from the Heart coaching program, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and joy. By cultivating self-compassion, gratitude, and self-love, you can build a stronger foundation for who you want to become. You deserve to live a life that aligns with your authentic self and brings you a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

How does this coaching & mentoring program work? 

I offer 3 and 6 month coaching packages that include:

  • One 30 minute discovery call where we talk about your coaching goals and kick off our work together. 

  • Two 1:1 45 minute coaching sessions per month, where we check in on the results of the practices and tools that you are trying, and set goals based on existing and emerging circumstances.

  • Support in between sessions by email

Throughout our coaching engagement I will support you to:

  • Build self awareness

  • Connect with your values, dreams, and priorities

  • Explore your interests and passions and create space for them in your life

  • Identify areas where you’d like to improve, learn, and grow

  • Develop tools and practices to support this journey

  • Learn to move forward intentionally 

  • Explore what you want to create for yourself in this next stage of life

  • Find clarity around your new direction

  • Stay grounded and find a calm center amidst the turmoil of transition 

  • Create an action and learning plan that supports your goals for our work together

  • Support in working through obstacles and blockages that arise

  • Stay accountable to your coaching goals and commitments
